b. Users can back up their clipboard items to Google Drive by signing in with their Google account.
c. No account creation option is provided within the App, and personal information is not collected as there is no database for storage.
3. Intellectual Property: All content and features of the App are owned by Quick Copy and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
4. Google Drive Integration:
a. By using the Google Drive backup feature, you agree to comply with Google's terms of service.
b. Quick Copy does not access or store your Google Drive login credentials. The authentication process is handled securely through Google's API.
i. Ad Mediation Networks: The app utilizes ad mediation networks, including but not limited to AdMob, Pangle, AppLovin, and Liftoff Monetize, to optimize and deliver in-app advertisements. Your use of these features is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the app.
ii. In-App Purchases: The app may offer in-app purchases. Your use of these features is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the app.
iii. Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage third-party companies for ad mediation and in-app purchases to enhance and support our service. Please refer to the Service Providers section in our Privacy Policy for more information.
6. Unauthorized Cloning:
a. Unauthorized cloning and distribution of Quick Copy on third-party stores are strictly prohibited.
b. If you come across any unauthorized versions of Quick Copy on third-party stores, please contact us at support@kaosc.dev.
c. Cloning, reproducing, or distributing the App without explicit consent may result in legal action.
7. User Conduct:
a. Users are responsible for their actions within the App.
b. Any misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms may result in the termination of your access to the App.
